Career Summary- Enjoyed a great career and educational opportunity with IBM. An opportunity opened up in a small company (Cabarrus Plastics) with great potential. Pursued this opportunity with enthusiasm until it was clear politically within the company I was not the right person for the job. Found an opportunity with Rite Lite Signs - small company with 7 people- grew revenue by 300% in first year. Economic challenges resulted in a return to IBM. One year later IBM sold the division. Built Homes full time for the next 1.5 years - Started Casco Signs part time 1998. Opportunities in the sign business have resulted in growth from
50K in 1998 to over 6M.in 2021. Residential construction still continues in the arena of speculation building. Started Crutchfield Farms in 2015 in Midland, NC with plans to create a source for local Farm Raised Beef.
